陽江翌川金屬科技有限公司成立于2013年6月。位于“中國最佳生態(tài)旅游城市”的廣東省陽江高新技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)港口工業(yè)園，與“十里銀灘”海陵島隔海相望。
公司項(xiàng)目總投資金額為10.2億元，總占地面積527畝。建設(shè)年產(chǎn)30萬噸鎳合金（5萬噸純鎳量）項(xiàng)目。采用國際先進(jìn)的回轉(zhuǎn)窯——礦熱爐（RKEF)生產(chǎn)技術(shù)工藝，充分利用菲律賓、印尼等東南亞的紅土鎳礦，直接進(jìn)行冶煉加工，生產(chǎn)鎳合金。項(xiàng)目一期已建成2條33000KVA礦熱爐及配套設(shè)施、年產(chǎn)鎳合金15萬噸。公司主要工藝技術(shù)裝備有2臺(tái)Φ5米×40米干燥窯、2臺(tái)Φ4.4米×100米回轉(zhuǎn)窯、2臺(tái)33000KVA全封閉礦熱爐。鎳合金產(chǎn)品熱銷全國重點(diǎn)不銹鋼生產(chǎn)企業(yè)。公司已成為陽江打造具有全國知名品牌的不銹鋼產(chǎn)業(yè)基地的主要龍頭骨干企業(yè)之一。

Yangjiang YiChuan Metal Technology Co., Ltd was established in June 2013. Located in the port industrial park, hi-tech industrial development zone, Yangjiang City which is China’s best ecology tourism city, Guangdong province and it is across the sea with Hailing Island which is famous for “Ten miles silver beach”.
The company’s project occupies area about 527 acres, total investment about RMB 1020 million. The project’s annual output about 30 million tons of nickel (5 million tons of pure nickel).This project smelts nickel ore from Philippines, Indonesia and other southeastern Asia countries into nickel alloy with the world’s advanced RKEF technology.
Two sets of 33000KVA RKEF and supporting facilities with a yearly production capacity of 150,000tons nickel alloy have been built in the first-phase of the project. The company's main technical equipment: two sets of Φ5×40M drying kiln, two sets of Φ4.4×100M rotary kiln and two sets of totally enclosed ore furnace. Nickel alloy product mainly selling to national key stainless-steel production enterprises. YiChuan company has become one of the famous major stainless-steel industry companies in China.
